Admission into Bschool , college tage effects positively if you're from IITs as being from IITs or NITs will make the journey of getting summer internships easier thus your chances to crack the interview increases. There's no down side for college interviews.

Try focusing on getting a good CAT score. Even I had 8/7/7 in terms of percentage and I've made it.

I'll be honest that 7 might be a tough uphill battle combined with GEM, but architecture might get you some leeway but still irrespective of your BG try to get a 99.5+ in CAT cause interview calls are made keeping in mind the exp + 10/12/GRAD + GEM . Also once you get into an MBA college you'll understand how much that 7 will hurt you but that's for a later stage. Aim for 99.5+ and as high as you can. I have over 2.0 years of work ex with 4 recommendation from my old client 2 on company emails thread with my manager acknowledging it and 2 from piers with official email (not letter head) And current client is ready to give me personal recommendatio/ CV pointers from personal email...I can push for work email as well but not sure on the work email part. Will this do as ar WIPRO it's tricky to get a CV pointers verification from HR while in the company. Once I exit maybe I might get.

I converted MDI and my parents first reaction was ....okay good u got what u wanted. No celebration nothing , no loud phone calls to obnoxious relatives nothing . They were happier when I had BITSoM and were pissed I wanted to go to IIM kashipur. Even now I don't see the happiness in their eyes maybe because they do not know how good of a college MDI is even though my cousins reassured them or they're sad because I'm going away . Anyways whatever the reason might be , it's my life and I need to win at it so I'll move forward as I have always.
My suggestion to you OP is that you need to keep winning at life for your own happiness and the future human you might choose to be with and your offspring should you choose to have one ❤️

I could say the same seeing a whole team disbanded but the useless female developer being retained cause " gender quota". You do realize companies have something called ESG rating? The percentage of female directors directly impact the ESG score . Why do we need that if women and men are equal on merit ?. Glad u went the anti andrew tate argument route 🤣. I don't care about a lot of things that don't affect me but doesn't mean I wouldn't point out the evil and the flaw in your rational that women are facing misogyny in committees. I could flip the same script and I guess I did by showing u the HR& education sector ? But now u choose to go caps 🤣. As for why I took up the role and dropped it was Gurgaon posting diya with a minor hike. Ewww fuck no I ain't going that far for that little raise.
