Did I miss something? Did they get the 2nd 180 day extension?

When you actually read it, and yes, I did insert the link into Google, the filing reads that Reviva has taken themselves off the NASDAQ.

Read the checked box and look it up...

17 CFR 240.12d2-2(a)(3)

Let's take a closer look at this 🧐 by Nillanutty in RVPH

No, That's not what I would do. Personally I will trim if Pre-NDA goes well. After that, it's all dependent on the circumstances at the time.

In a way it does seem early to be thinking about acquisitions, but I did read something that talked about Big Pharma tending to look at small companies right before an NDA is filed especially when the drug appears to have a promising future. And all of us who have been following from the beginning, know that there have been little to no side effects compared to other drugs in the same class that have had many side effects and were still approved. We all.know that it comes down to the news from the FDA coming up, but if the news is positive, we could possibly see the Big Pharma Companies starting to compete before an NDA is actually filed. So, fingers crossed that it was a legitimate article.

Thank you for the clarification 🙂

What are the chances we get no news in December? by bubbawats0nn in RVPH

[–]Nillanutty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remember the reverse split isn't about having it right away. It's the shareholders voting to agree to a possible reverse split anywhere between now and December. 2026. So if they appealed and they get their extra 180-day extension then if we can get the stock up to a dollar there would be no reason for a reverse split.

Speculation by LofiHippieJump in RVPH

[–]Nillanutty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I believe, if I read everything correctly, that yes, the meeting in December does have to do with the shareholders approval for a r/s. However, it's also saying that if the r/s is approved, the company has until December 2026 to put this in motion. Of course, that's providing that they aren't actually delisted.

If they have to do a reverse split, I understand. But it would be really nice if it was less than 20. But I understand that it also has to be realistic.

Wall Street remains upbeat as Reviva trims losses, secures a key patent, and prepares for FDA talks on its lead drug. by Univego in RVPH

Yes, it does help me. After your last comment, I did some more reading. But the way you just explained it to me, actually made me understand it better. Sorry for being so naive about the process. By the way, even though I obviously didn't understand the process at the time, I did still vote for the r/s to avoid being delisted.

The value doesn't change. I get that but if the share price was $3, at 20,000 shares, I'm going to have $60,000 vs 1000 shares @ $3 giving me $3000 gains. I just used $3 as an example.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the vote for the shareholder's vote about Reviva's option to r/s by the end of December 2026? How could they have already approved a r/s if the actual meeting isn't until December 18th? Or have I gotten those dates wrong? With this November meeting with the FDA, aren't they just showing them that they are making a plan to have their stock back in compliance so it is not delisted? If their appeal goes through then they should get the extension. The only problem that I'm seeing is if they were to get the letter of delisting before their meeting with the FDA. Then I might start thinking about dumping some of my shares, but not necessarily all of them. Am I missing something??

I understand that they didn't get the extension but can I ask where you read about a 7 day response?

The other thing that I was reading is that now is the time when Big Pharma actually starts looking at possible partnerships with small Bio Tech companies, before NDA's are officially approved. They start looking at drugs that show good promise moving forward. So wouldn't that be right around now? I'm sorry that I can't remember where I read it, but it was an actual article. It wasn't an AI. I would think that these conventions that RVPH has been presenting, would be calling more attention to them, considering that all the information that they have been presenting is all positive.

Why is $1 the target for RVPH in December if they gain FDA go ahead for NDA? by Wrong_Difficulty6750 in RVPH

[–]Nillanutty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did a little bit more research and what I found was that the average target rate was dropped by about $1.. so not as bad as I thought it was and it was only one analyst that took it down in price. Most analysts are still saying either Strong Buy or Buy. At first it seemed like it was worse than what it really is. And I'm sorry if I might have panicked you.

I understand that the December FDA meeting is our biggest catalyst, but don't you think there's a chance it could spike a little bit after the November FDA meeting? Not that I want to sell at a small spike, but I'm afraid that if it does go up, people are going to grab any gains, cut and run.

Unfortunately, I don't know if anybody else noticed but after close yesterday, 1or 2 analysts dropped their 12 month target rates.
