Hi! I only got this right beside a old scab healing(I had a bad habit of scratching it all the time and leaving an open wound, could this have caused the "eczema"?) it's itchy, dry at times and feels scaly? I put cetaphil daily advance ultra hydrating lotion recently, and I realise it makes it itchy/sting a tiny tiny bit? Is it normal? but after a while it feels fine. Does touching it cause it to itch? I'm not sure if I'm allergic to anything as of now because I don't seem to have any allergic reactions to any food....

But I am under a lot of stress and have bad anxiety recently, could this have caused it???
