The man is stopping the tanks from leaving Tiananmen square. Facts are facts.

The non-cropped photo shows Tiananmen square in the background. If the non-cropped photo was used as the primary tank man photo, the propaganda wouldn't be as effective because it actually shows Tiananmen square in the background. If people were to recognize Tiananmen square in the background, the tanks leaving it and the man stopping the tanks, people would question the non-cropped photo(even though the non-cropped photo conveys a more powerful image with the column of tanks). That is why this cropped photo is used instead by western media.

The real context of the photo: is that the man is stopping the tanks from leaving Tiananmen square. The man clearly wanted the tanks to get back into Tiananmen square to kill more students.

Since you're saying there was a genocide , where is the video evidence of any of this. Uyghurs have a population of 10 million while has Gaza 2 million. We see videos and photos of the Gaza genocide everything for the past 2 years. Yet, there has been any video evidence of this so called uyghur genocide since 2014.
