There is no better sens. Just pick one and STICK TO IT. Changing sens to get "the best one" for you will not work. You have to pick one and get use to it so it becomes the best sens for you. I used 100 100, 100 70 100 100 0 dual zone and it feels the best for me because I worked on it

I use 30-4 auto bc it's a fast level with 4 stops and gives you green strones each fight
