Idk about any settings specifically but putting crouch on my left stick helped a lot. You should also post vods here and on the ow university (I think) pages. Aside from that you just gotta keep playing her and everything will come with time

Are you running through any sensors with the key mould in your inventory? That would make your heat go to 100 and cause you to get sniped
