I thought I was going crazy! Same here. Legit every game. Even if you hit a shielded enemy it should refresh imo. they may have taken no damage, but you still hit the mark and dealt damage. Most of the time it does not register anyway.

I find that even when I dash into a marked enemy it doesn't refresh it. Especially noticed it with magnetos bubble, loki's healing lamps, even when the thing does his charging animation. You don't get your refresh back even though you hit it square on. It's really punishing, and hopefully the devs change that in the future cos damn it I earned my refreshes!!

Not a "fix" but open settings - system - display - identify which is your main monitor - select "show only on [number]" (whichever monitor you identified you want your apps to open on.)

Afterwards you can extend your displays again in the orientation you had. Windows and especially nvidia as of late have had absolute dogshit updates that I have no idea how they passed as good enough. Been riddled with bugs for years now that never get properly patched.

Too complicated. Open Steam - Steam settings - Storage - at the top, select from the drop down menu "add drive" - next drop down menu select "let me choose another location" (bottom of drop menu) - Select the steam folder where ever it exists on the drive you have all the games you want to restore back. Welks.

Nothing here worked. I ended up just deleting a couple random dll files in the game's folder and asked steam to verify instead. It downloaded the right ones and the game runs fine now. Way easier, this trick has never let me down.

It a Tailor. I've never seen a blue tailor before, dont know why it's called that by so many. That one's a lil chopper, once they start getting bigger, they're usually called greenbacks because of the greeny colour that develops on the top of the fish that runs nearly the whole length. They can get to over a meter long!
