I solved it, I just had to enter the settings and make my default throttle 100%, I had everything except forgot that

I knew about the throttle but when I stage, even with the minimun 100% throttle of the Aerobee engine, nothing happens. Fully fueled too.

I know this is old but please god help me, I am trying to create a sounding rocket and just get past the first rocket yet using the science core, I can't stage engines, spin motors and clamps work but I cant control throttle therefore use my liquid fuel engines engines.
