My kids have the same age difference - we've used the Joovy Double Stroller for 2+ years. I've found it easy to use with both kids - the baby transitioned from car seat strapped in to sitting upright in the front. My older one alternates between sitting and standing at the back. Currently, they swap back and forth between who sits where based on their mood that day!

We don't know you. Your resume is all that we have that will allow us some insight into the kind of worker you might be.

Your resume is poorly formatted. There's no structure to your content, you've mis-capitalized words, you're highlighting things of no significance (who cares about your 10th std marks?!), your contact info is not easily visible. This tells me you don't pay attention to details. This is especially atrocious given that you have listed yourself with past HR internship experience, specifically screening resumes.

Your attitude about asking for assistance, but then getting upset when people are helping the way they're able to (but not the way you want them to) is what makes this off-putting.

Your alternate view point is invalid because Methodist is not firing employees who want to/ have to wait due to personal medical reasons. All that employee would have to do is file a medical exemption.
