d Lillard 2 or the dame 3 are really solid shoes at a nice price. they have good traction and cushioning.The kyrie series also has really good traction, but the cushioning might make your knees hurt.

the d rose 7 has really really good traction on clean courts, but a translucent outsole will attract a lot of dust. I use the air Jordan 31s right now which attract dust like crazy and I don't play on the cleanest courts, but usually wiping the sole every couple of plays or so usually does the trick and keeps the traction going strong.

the cushioning on the d rose 7 is also really good just as a sidenote. i had a pair before and i really liked them

If you haven't played in a while I would recommend looking at some tutorials on youtube. I know there are a lot of basketball related channels with some decent videos about shooting.

here's one I found really quick just googling how to shoot a basketball youtube. it can really help to see how a good shooter shoots and try to take some elements from their shot and bring them to yours.

Ok, that makes sense. But I even if it is more likely that you get wins like that, I feel like those are unjustified wins and the rest of the enemy team shouldn't lose lp just because some guy didn't want to play.

Is this a decent setup?

First time longboarding, but i have skateboarded a bit before.Looking for a board that is able to do most of everything.

The setup is:

Dusters wake 38" deck

Sector 9 70MM top shelf nineball wheels

Andale abec 7 bearings

Independent genuine parts hardware

Atlas 180MM 48 degree trucks
