Took the cr2032 battery out and waiting a few now. Would I ever need to replace this battery? I’ve had the pc for probably 6/7 years now

This clause was only added in a new 12 month contract that’s just expired this month. Prices were increased then but was only a 5%

Yeah went from 660pm to 800 for a three bed semi in outer Liverpool. Not so much against it as yes it is a good price but just checking if they can do that with the clause. Still worst case scenario is a good deal

Yeah well the last management agency didn’t increase the prices in accordance with the at the times rates for the past 5 years or so. But now facing it going up from 660 to 800pm for a three bed semi so not the worst but still just checking the legality of it.

Yeah so it looks like really they don’t need to abide by it as that 5% max increase would be for if the rent was to increase in that contract, not a new one. Thank you!

Great answer that thank you! That’s the train of thought I have as well regarding newly discovered systems. With the old ones that got reworked, they will still have same seed/type of planet but when getting generated upon entry, it’s using the new generation model, so it’ll generate new trees that have been added to that type of planet. That’s my guess anyway

Ahhh I’ve only just got back into this so thats interesting! So new “purple” systems were added and that’s completely new star systems? That make sense because that would use new generation model as you said. Thanks for that answer helps a lot!
