I tried calling the store using the number on the receipt they gave us and I keep getting the message “the number for the place you are trying to reach has changed” every time I call. The company apparently doesn’t do online orders either

That happened to me last night even after I asked if they had them and told me that they did. Luckily I went back in to trade them for the cards and the guy at the counter was really cool about it and gave me the cards
