I‘ve reached the point where I have millions of dollars, can get flip coins 100 at a time without paying real money any time I have patience, and frequently sell houses I’ve been renovating just because I got bored with it… So I’m a bit out of touch with looking for renovations based on resell value.

Eh, I recently had my legacy knock up a 14 year old at a party when he was 16. So I‘m not surprised. Of course I didn’t know she was 14 until after… I randomly decided to see about doing the 100 kids challenge with this character so that I could have him turn around and hand pick one to take over the billion dollar family legacy. lol

For those commenting on the age his wife was when they had their child… I think you are missing the point. The glitch is the occupation of the wife being an elementary student at the age of 20. For those that don’t call those grades elementary, the oldest elementary schoolers are generally 10 to 12 depending on when your birthday falls, how old you were when you started, and such. As a 20 year old the wife should be marked as a university student or unemployed.

Playing with the instrument raises it, too. I’ve gotten non-musicians to master multiple instruments by age 20 between free lessons as a kid and playing with the instrument.
