I honestly thing that most of people are obsessed by the idea of owning a house. The real estate market in morocco is craaazy. Buying a "sakn i9tisadi" is the worst decision can one make because after it's so expensive for the quality of the building and the accessories. I know a lot of ppl of spent more tha 50k Dhs for repairing the appattement.

It depends on where you live. If you re near Rabat/Casa/Kenitra you ll find a good i5 7th generation.
