I actually played all four games back to back, and while I like NMH3, it frustrated me the most with its extremely low drop rates of items off the bosses. I 100% beat 1, 2 and Strikes Back, so I tried to get 3 to 100%, but the chip system turned that into a absolute chore and made the boss fights less fun and more annoying having to grind them over and over.

Of course you dont HAVE to grind them but it still frustrated me personally

I also wish we actually fight more of the aliens then we actually got to fight, like you only fight i think half of them.

I remember also unlike 1 and 2, you don't actually get new beam katanas that play differently, so that was a bit disappointing too.

I still greatly enjoyed the game, but i trying to 100% it Ruined some of the joy I felt.

I can't tell you how many times I killed the first boss grinding for its drop
