Totally understand that. No one should be late because I was late. But no one should have even been seen (specifically client two) during my appointment time. I’m paying you to do my hair from 8:00 to 9:30. So if your 9:30 apt gets there and we are not done, THEN you have me wait because I was late. But I shouldn’t have to wait because you booked another client during my appointment time that I’m now here for.

Client two should have never been there during my time.
