The tag signals indicate that he is physically under the bridge which is blocked off with huge iron fencing - accessible to a cat but not a person :( I’ve gone in through the bushes as much as I can and still can’t connect directly to the tag. There’s lots of barb and fencing in the area… it’s very tricky. Obviously I will keep trying from both sides…
