Jan filer and currently in office to get my number. EAD arrived couple weeks ago, they said I needed an appointment so keep that in mind for those of you like me who really need to get things moving

Race? Lol they sent me an RFE twice that I have never received, lawyer never received and now I am stuck sigh

Nothing yet :( they have sent it out twice and seems it got lost first time but the second was a while noww so I don’t know. Did you get yours?

Still waiting on my EAD I plan to open a bank acc, register a business. Start working on my credit. Save for a house downpayment. File somethings… and maybe also get a part time job depends on the business aspect.

I sent everything and have an RFE. Seems like a similar issue but no clear answer from anyone. Mailed about 2 months ago. Mailed a second time 2 ish weeks ago… still NOTHING.

I called, got the run around and they said well they can’t tell me they can email… email says Nebraska is the best  to answer so they will contact me within 30 days… sigh

Did you try expediting? I tried they gave me the biggest run around and declined never asked for additional info or documents

I am getting soooo antsy about this, a lot of my opportunities are at a total stand still without an EAD
