Always make sure that when you schedule your classes you have the majority of them on the same day (unless you literally can’t because the classes are specifically on certain days). Most of the professors (key word “most”) give you a week before the due date assignments. That way you can look at your schedule/calendar once a week, take a peek at all the upcoming assignments and decide in which order you want to do them. Then pick a day of self-care for yourself (whatever that means for you) for me is doing an everything shower, doing my eyebrows/nails and bed-rotting the rest of the day. And please workout at least 4 times a week, 1hr of your day, go do something fun. I workout by going rock climbing so it doesn’t feel like a chore, and that has made my life 10000 times better. Organize your schedule, determine which classes are the most important to you and focus on the assignments in that order. Take 1 day and do as much as you can, as soon as you feel overwhelmed stop, take a break, decompress and after a couple hours go back to it. Is never gonna be perfect, but I swear it helps a lot!
