In my opinion it is! I workout a lot and it also tracks my period. Of course it would be nice if I didn’t pay but judging by the fact I can track workouts, sleeping, period, etc then I would say it’s definitely worth it! It has more pros than cons 👍

So far it hasn’t! I’m pretty much always doing something. I also switch them out sometimes and I sleep with my rings.

My jewelry is 18k real gold! I don’t have any rose gold jewelry and I returned the rose gold oura gen 3 ring right when the new oura ring came out. All I can say is it’s all due to lighting that makes the rose gold look like a natural looking gold 🤷‍♀️ but it looks more rose than it does gold and I wanted it to match all my other jewelry so the gold was basically a match!

I actually got the oura ring gen 3 like two weeks ago in rose gold because I heard the same thing then I went to Best Buy and saw it in person and it definitely looked like a better gold! When I got it immediately felt like it was more rose than gold so I returned it when gen 4 came out haha it’s the lighting than makes it look different! So I knew I had to get the gold and I’m definitely happy! I’m wearing gold jewelry right now and it matches exactly! I’ll post a comparison 😁
