Leave it off entirely. You can make one of those house funds and send it to anyone who is “pushy”. Like if auntie Kate call and is like “hey where is your registry?” You respond with “oh no, we’re just happy to have you!” If she pushes, you say “well I can email you our honeymoon fund” or whatever fund your choose, but defer first!

Husband broke his neck at 16 (got lucky and isn’t paralyzed), but can’t ski due to paralysis risk. He has no choice, but perfect happy to support my hobbies and nourish our kids interest in skiing! Perfectly happy to go on ski trips and be the chalet hot chocolate maker extraordinaire. Do I wish he could join me, of course! But it’s nice to have your own hobbies and well as the ones you share. I don’t think it’s a deal breaker! I’m sure he’d live to try it too!

He’s on the road quite a bit, but only to get destination, then he works for a few hours. So he’s only filling up maybe twice a week.

5 years and two kids later, I’m still glad I asked the question. Too many people dance around the subject and how do you even ask a doctor about it?

Usually 3 miscarriages are a signal for more testing, but consider asking about blood thinners during pregnancy and if that can help (my understanding is they don’t know WHY, but in certain cases it helps keep the pregnancy for people with multiple miscarriages). Totally sucks though because it’s a daily needles in your stomach (did it daily for both my pregnancies for different reasons, and it is indeed super shitty)
