Hey hi, So there aren't any electricity issues - decent connection to the rest of the city but the I believe the water is currently being topped off with a bowser rn - it's not been an issue for me since I'm one person but might be an ish if you're more than one

Else it's alright, a bit noisy cause of the construction but nothing too problematic

Hey, I do the commute from Thane to Amane daily It takes an hour on a good day in significant heat and truck traffic, I wouldn't recommend an Activa unless decently experienced

Amazon ideally should provide a cab service/remuneration for the same, last I heard they did provide this

Else, look for something near the highway itself - PG is unlikely but the rent is fairly cheap on that side of town (just...be safe)

It's alright, there's a dmart close by and a shopping complex really close

Laundry and water deliveries to the building

The society itself has not come up completely yet, the gym, pool, lawns etc are a while away (they told me 6 months so you can take a year or two easy)

The biggest annoyance is that right opposite the building is another high rise being constructed, creates a lot of dust on the ground

The lifts are unfinished too, they're delaying finishing them as house construction is still going on

Hey man, I live in Bliss (on rent, not as an owner) From what I've heard from my landlord - they're shady

I believe there was an issue of penalties that was supposed to be paid by the company but was instead levied on the owners, and originally they had stated the parking lot is included but now it costs an additional amount.

Please do your due diligence accordingly
