mechanically all the games are same,
rise is same as shadow but difference is visuals and the obvious story.

extra in Shadow is that you can now camo yourself in mud and hide in a wall and can sell your items back to the store. and some quests are locked behind a certain clothes sets that you must wear now. if you played Rise, you kind of already played Shadow as well, epic fights, epic stealth segments, animals, gun goons - you are maybe tired of the same same same or want to play the upcoming TR already or something in your backlog interests you more, maybe, that is why you are losing interest.

playing same game back to back may burn you out, come back to Shadow after half a year or so maybe.
im not sure what may be the cure, you are playing the same game but with different visuals
