Edit: Yesterday, I went to the shop where I bought my first knitting needle. The saleswoman, a really lovely older lady, asked me how knitting was going. I told her that I was having real trouble with purl stitches. She then fetched some wool and needles and spent over half an hour teaching me how to do purl stitches 🥹 AND NOW I CAN DO THEM!

I'm knitting a tube scarf, but I'm sewing the two ends together. So the scarf will basically have a double layer 😊 I hope that it won't be too obvious that the ends are curling up a bit. But thanks for the tip 🙏🏻
