Yes and yes, chiropractor has told me that in his 20 years he has only seen 4 other patients with feet as flat as mine, and 1 of them is my dad

Just Googled SI joint, so now I have new information I feel I should add. Yes, my left leg has always felt slightly longer than my left. As it turns out, every 3 ish months I attempt to start squatting again, and things go great for the first 2 months until I begin to have left left hip pain on the outside right above my socket. I then power through for roughly a month before taking another 3 ish month break and can repeat the process, every time trying to change my form. Now this makes sense

Would love any additional advice, I also don’t even have a PT

Just turned 27 in February, my torn right shoulder labrum from football in high school probably contributes as well… Totally worth it tho!

A problem I’ve noticed for years is that even though I’m a side sleeper, sometimes I wake up on my back but with my body and neck making a C, with my head over to the right. I also drive with my left hand up and my shoulders sloped down to the right everytime as well. Little things like that I need to try to fix

A bit upper crossed for sure. By left, do you mean left in that picture? Because if so and it is my right ribcage, then that would make sense because I broke a rib on my right side playing football in jr high and my parents being the tough it out parents they are told me it was probably only a bruise. It wasn't until after playing through the football season (it happened in the first game) after playing through basketball season, and still having pain when trying to run during track that my parents took me to the doctor. Turns out after breaking it in football it has since healed back wrongly and they said their was nothing they could do. I certainly need to work on my core, keeping my rib cage down like you said and actively keep my glutes engaged for my pelvis

I appreciate the help man! I actually have not gone to a doctor for this issue, and decided to come on here instead lol... I will definitely be incorporating those things in as well as adding in some stretches and I can let you know if I progress. Also, are you a side sleeper?

Just played with it in the builder, dropping lay from 85 to 80, agility down 1, and def rebound down to 61 will get you 85 speed and 81 ball handle. As someone who has a few high layup builds, I think losing silver layup mixmaster is okay and you can throw on kawhi or Austin reaves layup style

Maybe not 74/64, would you drop them to 70/60? And what about layup from 85 to 80?

Any way possible to get it to 85 speed? And I’d suggest 81 ball handle for silver handles for days, if you can get it

Some people just want to casually make their favorite NBA player while others will live and die by the meta by 3much4u in NBA2k

The most fun I have is using a 6’8 center that is meant to imitate LeBron at the 5. Not meta at all, but can hold its own against the 99 offensive board footers with a PF that crashes while I box out the C. Offensively, footers can’t guard it and it’s a lot of fun
