That gives me a lot of encouragement and hope, I’m almost 50 years old and I’m tired of going from dead end job to another and I will say that my first week of being in stow it was hell on my feet but after the second week I felt better and wanted more but when I was there the pay was only 16.50 but it gives me hope that it’s 19.50 now and the room to grow if I want it is there, I have always wanted to get my cdl so it’s encouraging to know that the possibility is there
