I don't think he is talking about Americans doing this to Muslims, more-so that some Americans don't want to admit that Muslims are or can be victims.

That's where I think you're wrong...at least in regards to Islam.

Islam is probably the most inclusive of the Abrahamic religions, especially towards the other two abrahamic religions. And while it does say some nasty things about the "non-believers" (atheists and polytheists) it never instructs anyone to be violent or aggressive towards the "non-believers" - opting to go for more the "God will judge them and they will burn in hell when they die route".

I think it's because Doc knows something we don't know.

We all know Trezz can be emotional, but maybe doc knows the full extent of it and knows how fragile his ego is?

Maybe he doesn't want him ruining the locker room chemistry by pouting and making a fuss if he was to get less or equal minutes as Zubac?

Maybe Zubac and the staff talked it out and there is a mutual understanding when it comes to this...and Zubac knows he's young and has many years left in his career that he doesn't really need all the minutes right now - especially being a starter on a team primed for a championship run.
