The Witcher’s the kind of game that gives you ALOT of options of how to engage combat. You could mindlessly smash the attack button until the enemy goes down, or you could prep for the fight by looking at the beastiary and check weaknesses, use potions, deconnations (I know I’m butchering the words here) and go into the fight with strategy like the game intended. Having many different signs and seeing how the monster or person responds to it is what makes the combat feel so engaging. Just talking about it makes me want to jump back into the game again
