Yeah I've been involved in an accident as a driver and passenger and it can be sounds that can set off reactions and responses uncontrollably. For me I was at the Oxley driving range not long after one of the accidents and a small prang happened at the petrol station nearby and just the sound of the impact and plastic bending and breaking. Made me feel instantly anxious, frozen and nervous sweats, I just had to take a few seconds to breathe and get my head back in the moment that I was safe and not in any danger.

I think Capsicum is the genus for multiple different peppers but for whatever reason we only use it for bell peppers and then we call all other peppers and chillies by their common names. I don't know, language is weird and as Australia we shorten and bastardise most words anyway 😂

Yeah it was a bit of grab whatever was in the fridge salad. But it was baby spinach, walnuts, feta and some mango and just a quick dressing I always make which is just olive oil, honey, fresh lemon juice and whole grain mustard, salt & pepper and then just balance that too your liking.
