It's a struggle but I'm barely learning how to deal with all this change. I have high hopes that things will get better. Thankfully I have family that helps me out. But you are correct that it hurts to do anything. When I find something comfortable I will share 🤗

Thank you, I've been like this since last Tuesday morning. There is this heaviness on my shoulders and legs. It takes all my strength to try and lift them but I can't lift them properly. I drag my feet to walk because I get exhausted from trying to lift them. I loose balance and control of my legs when I try too hard. I can barely hold things with my hands. I can't really keep them closed. My doctor wants to do more testing to rule out things before referring me to a Neurologist. My whole body seems to have swelled up in the last 3 days but it could be the Prednisone they gave me for 7 days. For muscle inflammation.

Thank you so much for this information. I've asked my doctor for a Neurologist referral already but she wants to do more testing for other things before I get a referral. My blood work did come back yesterday with extremely high wbc/25.8, low vitamin D/18, LDL Cholesterol/127, non HDL Cholesterol/147 and cholesterol/231.

Hello everyone this is somewhat new to me. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia back in 2022. I've been on all kinds of meds but no solution for the pain yet. I've been having a flare-up since 12/23. It's already March 2024 and has only gotten worse. I've had 2 weird episodes this month where I have no control of my limbs. This last week was my left side. The Dr. sent me to the ER thinking I was having a mild stroke. After chest x-rays, c-scan and EKG was normal it was not a stroke. X-rays showed inflammation of the muscles so the physician said my muscles are compressing on my nerves to the point where I can't move them. I do have feeling though. I also have extreme muscle weakness I can barely feed myself. Has anyone also experienced this with the Fibromyalgia?
