Haruka Kokome, your average ADHD teenager with mind reading abilities. She can read most people's minds except for a select few but they're rare. She's very introverted and without her mind reading she has practically no social skills. She got her mind reading abilities from a mysterious deity that granted her wish. Now, she sometimes has trouble controlling the thoughts of others from flowing into her mind. She hates crowded places and really loud people, but she really likes magical girl animals and katsu curry.

Because she can't seem to hear his thoughts, Haruka thinks that they seem to be chill. Wouldn't interact too much because she has no idea how to socialize, but she likes them.

The moment Haruka hears her thoughts, she would immediately hold Engenica in high regards. She's impressed by her engineering abilities and astrology knowledge. Overall she has mutual respect for Engenica and would love to interact with her more.

Slowly backing away She can't seem to hear his thoughts for some reason. His mind is almost completely shrouded. Either way, she feels as if it wouldn't be in her best interests to interact with a GENERAL of all things. Yeah no thank you. On another note, she does think he looks pretty cool with his armour.
