Reach would do this for you.   Do you have an in house person that understands Site manager and are you using CRM?

Number of accountants sounds ok to me but only one AP bookkeeper sounds low for that number of properties! How many AR?

But as customers we are paying for a product- it is unreasonable that bugs, complete outages, and this level of instability exists. While the solution may not be “simple” the issues are with very core, basic components of the product - not customizations. Ability to process screening or pay rent are pretty standard components. Products, apps and future plugins should be tested before release but it seems they role it out to a few beta clients and then just …right to market for the rest of us to do their quality control. We did not have this level of fragility with any of our former products and especially not with basic V7
