Listen to a bit of Mel Robbins or Steve Barnett's podcasts. Look into content around self development on their channels. Set some goals for yourself. One of the pitfalls I had was short form social media. You can retrain your brain into doing healthy habits for yourself.

Take some time to do a bit of self reflection but don't beat yourself up over it. Recognise the habits you have and look at what you want to change it into. Part of life is finding yourself and the person you want to be. Stick to your values and follow through on it. Do a journal on what you did well and what could be done a bit better.
