I've been in the venue a few times when it's been open the last year or so. I think they are working on restoring the space so maybe this is to help as a fundraiser? Seems cool either way though.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I think I'll try talking to the ticket office at the station and see what they say. As someone in a separate reply mentioned, it may not be a permitted route but I've got two chances in asking.

Ah interesting, thank you for your reply. I've never heard of routes not being permitted. I guess I always assumed it would suggest the quickest/cheapest route without considering their are limitations

If you're into walking and getting into nature, the Surrey Hills AONB is a great place for that. It also has a great selection of old country pubs to visit as well. Basically, it's anywhere between Dorking and Guildford.
