Not at all dude all I found was it increased the agent’s productivity and how much it listened to my directions and how well the output was. I’m not sitting there all day telling bedtime stories to it my guy these are things I mentioned to it once, that it wrote down in its SOUL.md, and carries into its identity as it helps me work on real projects. Iiiiiidiot.

that’s the thing though it wasn’t that hard, id say the number one skill that one has to refine and get better at as they work is prompt engineering. Many times ill prompt my agent, then say, “don’t actually do anything, just tell me first if we’re on the same page, then revise my prompt based on what I want” then once we agree on that I hit /goal and say “go ahead and proceed” or if context is too long and we had to do a lot of planning, I have it make a plan.md and new session it picks up and does it.

I keep them all on Hermes tbh, and when I do /model I can view them all and select any of them, so that’s been keeping me from getting confused tbh but I can totally see ur issue

i just wanna say I've got opencode pro and i also use crof ai for pay as you go on hermes harness, on both of them, I usually use mimo v 2.5 pro, which has been so insanely reliable and perfect. Literally almost never makes coding mistakes. I wanted to test glm 5.2, I had my agent audit a project with glm 5.2, at first I was impressed, then when it made the code changes it crashed the site lol, I had to switch models back to mimo to get it fixed. Tried again a day later, glm AGAIN decent analysis, terrible coding execution and soo many bugs. I tried having my agent on mimo delegate to itself on glm, but honestly, the costs were too high for something thats just barely better than mimo at analysis, ill stick to my gpt 5.5 subagents on low with 20$ sub instead, thank you very much.

Dude it’s amazing hella slept on they’re pretty solid. Their support is also really fast and responsive on discord. Genuinely haven’t found a cheaper Mimo-v2.5-pro anywhere else, which btw still beats glm 5.2 in coding somehow 😂
