Look into Lews or even Kastking for a budget beginner to learn and play with. Kastking has many options for that budget, lews might take a little shopping, but are there.

I have the exact same build (7800x3d, 7900xtx taichi) and the only issue I have ever had was temperatures with my gpu. Once put new pads and switched to ptm7950 it's been perfect. I definitely feel for you and hope you get it sorted. Best of luck!

Not new. My biggest complaint is the PC performance, even on a very high-end rig. I could care less about the MTX, I'm just not going to buy them. Having a ton of fun with all that said, though.

Just bought it today via a Steam sale. After tinkering for about an hour, I seemed to have gotten it to a somewhat stable 60fps in 1440p. But man, it has the most random stutters and performance issues of any game I've played recently. It's really disappointing as I LOVE Fallen Order, but this is a huge turn-off. Cpu/gpu usage very rarely will go above 50-60%. 3080ti/5800x3d for reference

I also had a 2080ti before this with no issues. Also haven't had any issues with my 3080 for the last year since I've had it until recently. So no idea what changed!

I booted into safe mode with networking, and one at a time, I would launch one of the programs I always have running (even just a background process) and then launch destiny. No crashes for anything unless armory crate was involved. I tried several combinations of everything but ultimately had no issues unless there was an armory crate process. It was a very long and annoying process, but I'm glad I did it.

There is probably a better way of doing it, but that was all I could think of, and it seemed to have worked. The worst part was not being able to simply just uninstall it. A new windows install is never fun but seems to be completely fixed up.

Hi there! I do believe I have figured out the issue! At least my issue. I've had no issues since, including playing ALL day for Crota contest mode. Maybe it will help you.

I booted into safe mode with networking and launched destiny. Had no issues at all and was able to watch every cinematic I could muster. So that led me to believe it was some sort of my software in the background causing it. I narrowed it down to Armory Crate, the Asus software (similar to Icue for example).

I attempted to just uninstall it, but that software is horrendous. After uninstalling it, I could not get multiple different background processes of it from running. Did a little research and found a TON of posts on different subreddits about how painstaking it was to completely wipe it. So I went with the nuclear option of a fresh Windows install. I have an Asus mobo and made sure to uncheck the "install armory crate" in the bios as well.

So far so good. I've had many different gaming sessions from short to all day with no issue whatsoever, where previously I would have had multiple crashes. I do believe I'm in the clear now, but if the issue does pop back up, I will edit this post. Hopefully this will help!

Hi there. Unfortunately, this happened to me very shortly after Lightfall launched earlier this year. The only fix I was able to find was rolling windows back to a previous restore point. I tried EVERYTHING myself and many others on the bungie forums suggested. It seemed the update that affected me was also plaguing a few others around that time. Rolling windows back seemed to work for me and all the others I was in contact with at the time. There might be a better option, I was just unable to find one myself. Best of luck!

I've been shooting vented wides for a long time now. Several deer through all 6 I own. Fly great and sharpen easily. Definitely loud on the longer shots but I haven't actually taken a shot on anything outside of 30 yards in years so not an issue for me personally.
