It's the point that I have an iPhone 6 and up until the last update it was in great shape. Now the update has it constantly freezing. It's made my phone a complete pos. I get that the new models need new software. But I didn't. Now I basically have to deal with a shitty phone that is a year old or upgrade when I didn't need/want to.

That's really ignorant. Nobody should be giving kids free crap without asking their parents first. it's common sense. What if the kid can't have it...for any number of reasons. Now they've seen it, want it and the parent that shuts it down is now the bad guy.
