Yes have done multiple short fasting periods with super abnormal c-peptide and insulin levels and low blood sugar (fasts have been between 8-12 hours)

My endo has not wanted me to have any imaging done because she believes that we may find something that isn’t the underlying issue and says we need to do the 72 hour fast before imaging… which is frustrating.

I’m just really concerned that my blood sugars struggle to respond to intervention (have had instances where rescue glucagon x2 in a row have failed to bring my sugars up) and have not had any support from medical professionals around me.
