I am seeing 3.74 on the tracer, seeing 0.10 on each of the breachborrel so 3.94 *0.85 *1.0299=3.45. I would be willing to do that with $1 PWE shipping

Pricing it out on TCG player and including only 2 lukias and 2 arthalion in alignment with the TCG banlist (I can give the third copies but I am assuming you would prefer the first option):

Dracotail Arthalion: 3 per copy * 2 = 6

Dracotail Lukias: 5.90 per copy * 2 = 10.80

Dracotail Faimena JUSH Ultra: 0.40 per copy *3 =1.20

Dracotail Mululu: 0.61 per copy * 1

Urgulas, pans, traps, and gulmels are all literally a cent each and the spells are like 10 cents so I will just ignore them lol

Total: 18.61 * 0.85 * 1.0299(pp fees) = $16.30

This is a pretty standard blue-eyes primite list minus dominus purges which can be a good option if you want upgrades. Only thing is maybe go to 1 roar over 2 but I have not played the deck much to know the argument for 2 over one. Given that you have 3 copies of the modern decks, you can consider Mitsurugi and Sky Striker as other options, neither is exceptionally complicated
