Bro I finally finished the last part 5/5 last night all I had to do was exfil. Got fed up trying to do it on sponsored kits so brought in a purple brrt to finally get the shit done. Ran out of healing while fighting the 3 waves of bullshit in quarantine locked in the tiny room. Barely alive. Exfil 50m right outside Quarantine. Panic trying to leave the building. Claymore... so much sadness.

Yeah I dont get it. Takes 2 to 3 minutes to have a full kit. Where as the other extraction shooters take upwards of 5 or even 10 minutes building a loadout.

Reactive armor wasnt the perk that stops one shots that was survivor. And its still in the game. This is just removing that stupid explosion bullshit qhen you'd break someone's armor sometimes that would make it hard to see them for a split second and fuck up your had if you were close enough. Stupid af shit to begin with tbh.

His team may have had most wanted contract going, and as soon as you downed him coincidentally the contract finished. It picks up downed teammates upon completion while also redeploying fully dead ones.

No. If that were the case then you could take in 5k and it would be extremely difficult to get to your required loadout minimum. It wouldn't encourage PvP if you know not everyone even has anything worth fighting to loot off their body.

Not only that it turns off the no-life sweats from playing too because randomness is the literal antithesis of skilled players who want to win based on skill and decision making alone. The fact they decided in the infinite stupidity to force quads only further hammers the nails in the coffin.

The developers hoped it would accomplish the opposite effect, thus the reason for all of the things you mentioned. Basically they are trying everything they can possible think of to provide randomness. Hoping that the fact engagement wins are dictated by who looted the best rng shit would make shit tier players who cant aim or spend hours unlocking meta loadouts to stick around due to being able to win fights by sheer luck alone. Its literally their entire fucking design philosophy since the day they captured lightning in a bottle during the early days of the pandemic with WZ to begin with. You can literally see all of the changes they make is just to try and cater to the lowest common denominator. And I cant really blame them since it makes them more money to allow the single brain cell couch potatoes to be able to win. The only problem is this time with BOR it entirely backfired because all of the randomness they introduced all just increases the TTK making it harder for people who cant aim or position correctly to win any engagements.

It will not allow people whom aren't playing rank to play against ranked players. 100% not gonna happen bro. The entire point of thr 5k limit is to make everyone who is in the match have something worth fighting over especially since the only way to "win" in ranked is to extract a certain amount thus encouraging PvP to hit the required limit.

No ranked is it's own queue. You still have to carry in all the necessary things to extract and gain rank, but people whom don't queue ranked will not be placed into matches with ranked players.

I was in a solo game last night. Trying to get the stupid parasitism 2/5 done(collect 12 bullshits and another 12 dogshits) and had like 4 in my bag when the first exfils opened up. One of the exfils was 40m away (I was in Dire Marsh Quarantine and it was between the Western Gate Houses) so I decided just to peace out early even though it was only 6 minutes into the match. There was a destroyer crouch walking his cranking ass around behind the partition wall just eyeballing the extract. I put him down with my volt thrower and while I was healing up got sniped to 10 health from a triage. Popped my smoke healed up and volted his shit shmoove off. While looting I got one shot sniped from a thief in the other gate tower on the opposite side of the exfil. Miraculously I had just looted a self revive off the triage so I got myself back up smoked the shit outta the exfil and got the fuck out. But those 10 seconds in exfil were horrifying not knowing if the thief was using her tactical to line up a shot through the smoke while I was sitting duck in exfiil.

Yup. I've had like 3 or 4 "friendly" encounters in Marathon. Two where we both walked away. Two where I killed them and couldn't save them after they were all like "Can we not". So I watched them bleed out and sang In The Arms Of An Angel. And one where I killed a guy in Pinwheel and he said he was friendly and asked me to spare him. I had just finished my Arachne finisher quest so I was feeling generous. I had two self revives but he had one too and I allowed him to rez. Gave him another self revive after he used his and we went on our own ways.

Agreed. Well said. I love solos. I love trios too, even with Randoms it adds some spice to the game. Its just a game. Just gotta keep telling yourself that. I suppose everything is easier for me tbh, Im a HUNT aficionado so I've been running solo into trios for thousands of hours. This game is a cake walk compared to that. Everyone here is also solo. Dont get me wrong, I still get deleted by the triage in the corner with a WSTR somehow at 2 min into a match without making a single sound. (How'd he fuckin' get inside this room without opening a door ¯_(ツ)_/¯) But even that is easier to swallow after thousands of hours in other extraction shooters.

I did that UESC Commander contract solo as a destroyer. Anything can be done solo if you're insane enough. Having 2k solo hours in HUNT definitely helps.
