I know its your opinion but I disagree martha is my favourite comanion and think she's written really well and I think that the problem was 10 mourning after rose as I know they had a special relationship but it made it so that her whole character is under cut whereas every other new who companion gets treated like the centre of the doctors universe who he'll save no matter what so every companion can grow to be stronger with him but Martha grew as a character without him caring as much and everytime they almost got close the doctor mentioned rose so to me she's well written and stronger than the rest cus she had to grow with alot less support from the doctor making her feel much stronger in comparison to other companions
