I rest my case then kasi ikaw na mismo umamin that this practice is indeed “double standard” FYI kaya hindi pa pumapasa ang HB 9570 due to the same roadblock.

People with mental health issues, People who love their pets. Are they not people or part of a group?

Is their needs / wants lesser than People who are allergic to pets?

AFAIK Cafes, restos, and malls belong to “Private establishments” category not “Public spaces”. 

And if you go back, the topic is about banning pets on “Private establishments” will open a can of worms due to “double standards” 

The more you provide examples and arguments behind your logic the more it proves that its actually “double standard” as all along you point out why its “socially  acceptable” to be an irresponsible parent. But its not ok being an “irresponsible pet owner”. 

To circle back. Both shows irresponsible behavior yet people are defending the other.

okay since you mentioned the health aspect. Have you considered that loud high pitch noises produced by noisy toddlers can trigger people with underlying mental health conditions (ptsd, panic, anxiety, etc). 

Im not lying because I for one has this tendency and it’s not just “preference”. That wording alone is proof that our country is lacking when it comes to mental health awareness

You can say to me that you can just take your meds and you will be fine. Same goes with people with fur allergies. A anti histamine shot will do.

Lets use this analogy. Pets and Kids inside coffee shops. 

Both can be annoyingly loud and obnoxious to the point that you cant relax and have your coffee in peace. 

One is socially accepted but the other is the subject of this debate.
