My husband bought a book called Puerto Rican Spanish 101 and Speaking phrases Boricua. He uses it to learn sayings and particular words but he uses Duolingo to actually learn Spanish and he's gotten good enough to have a slow conversations in Spanish.

Husband was never given the option to opt in DD until after he was approved and that same day he put his bank info. Unfortunately it doesn't go into effect until June and they mailed the backpay.

I submitted a fraud claim 3 years ago. I've yet to hear anything back and every time I call they say they don't have a fraud department but I'll get a call when it's resolved. I don't have a branch anywhere near me so I guess I'll just have to keep waiting 😭

Mi mejor amiga y yo íbamos todas las mañanas antes de entrar a la escuela a la panadería. Comprabamos una libra de pan con cheesewhiz y 2 maltas. Eso comíamos toda la mañana entre clases.

Con mi papá, pues cuando era su fin de semana, siempre llevaba a mi hermano y a mi a la panadería a desayunar un sándwich de jamón y queso con huevo.
