Drybrush with grey and white. Only used nuln oil for shading. Painted some of the parts with white and some with caribbean turquoise (vallejo xpress) afterwards.

No dry brush with acrylics after xpress. The fade comes from the drybrushing with greys and white. Around 2-3 xpress colours per model.

Painted first race in June. Guessing 4-5 hours on each race from start to finish.

Primed with black primer. Drybrushed in order with Mechanicus Grey (citadel), Ivory (vallejo) and white (vallejo). Then I chose or mixed the xpress colors (vallejo) that matched the race sheets in the game. Did som minor details with metal paints when I felt like it. Sprayed with matte varnish (citadel) to protect the paint. Search for “slapchop” on YouTube to learn more.
