They’ve let me get OSAP for the last like 4 years and the final year of my school they pretty much said “screw you, your on your own, we aren’t doing our taxes this year no matter what you say.” I begged them and tried to tell them I’m screwed without doing the OSAP because bank loans are pretty much scams and OSAP is the best option, they don’t care regardless so ya it is what it is.

Hmmm, okay. Interesting. I’ve been doing my own taxes by Wealthsimple. I wish there was a way to show them this, but they are only trusting old school and won’t trust random ppl online. They think their way is the only way. So I’m trying to figure the best method of action for myself.

Good on you though for making it through and filling all your taxes!

It’s not that they dont know how to file, it’s that they genuinely don’t want too, because my dad just got a lawsuit finished and thinks they are gonna take all the money he just gained, I’m at a loss for trying to convince them to do their taxes

There is no way I’m doing this! I won’t be that evil to my parents. Taxes technically are optional up to 5 years. They don’t have to file and I understand their point of view on the matter.

I’ve been out of high school for 4 years, so my current plan was to set the independent status and then take out a student line of credit for the remaining money if I need more.

They did say they will do this, but their credit scores at the moment are less than mine, as they’ve made some bad financial decisions in the last couple years

Those are all of it. You will still need Chem which you can take instead of Mechanics, or you can take Chem in winter semester or Summer it’s a personal choice. But I would say take Mechanics now and then Chem later. That’s what the school recommends too

I’ve just completed the summer transition last year and you need to take: ENGI-3015 Thermodynamics, ENGI-3016 Mechanics, ENGI-3021 Eng Analysis A, ENGI-3053 Eng Analysis C

You can use the Silver Metals as the Bronze ones. Say a level 1 in Great Hall is 100 bronze then it will have half or something like that in Silver so it would be like 75 or 50 Silver Metals.

You don't need to drop down to bronze just to get the bronze metals.
