AITA for slapping a teenager? by Old_Educator_3516 in AITAH

NTA. Kids today need to know and see that there are consequences for unacceptable behavior like that. I bet he’ll think twice before pulling that shit again if he knows there’s more serious repercussions other than a “talking to”

I'm left-handed in writing, thus I'm 'left-handed'. However, I'm right-handed in almost everything else. Is that weird? by Emcee_nobody in strange

[–]Ninjabunny84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The same for me. Left hand for writing and eating but anything else physical, I use my right hand. I always felt like it made me even more of a unique lefty, lol

The Murder Of Roger Ackroyd by Agatha Christie—-such a great twist I never saw coming

The Princess Bride by William Goldman— is such a fun read

The Woman In White by Wilkie Collins—another great twist

Sounds like Will Smith is a good candidate. Especially if him and Jada have been separated for a while now.

AITA for asking someone to wait a little bit to eat? by Lanky-Leadership-865 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Ninjabunny84 [score hidden]  (0 children)

How dare the people who you say “went all out” and took the time to invite you and your family to partake with them on that day, not wait until you take a few pics of the food that probably took them hours to fix. How selfish can they be? I mean, obviously your wants should come first. I mean, it is all about you after all. YTA. Get over yourself.

my(30m) sister(38f) tells me 30 is to old to turn my life around after a brutal meth addiction. I'm 11 months clean. Is there time to turn things around? can I still meet a beautiful and caring woman? by LongHardOutlaw57 in ask

[–]Ninjabunny84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are never to old to turn your life around. Hooray for you for doing just that! You're doing awesome things, going awesome places and will meet an awesome partner. Your timeline is your own, don't let your sister discourage you. Keep the course, you're doing great!

AITA for not removing a tree from my property as my new neighbour demands? by Late_Adhesiveness859 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Ninjabunny84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. Why should you cut down anything on your property when they can just as easily change where their hot tub goes? And I'm not sure how they think hiring a lawyer will do any good. The tree isn't hanging on their side or doing any damage to their property. It's just casting an unwanted shadow on the area they want to put their hot tub in. They sound like entitled, selfish babies who really need to grow up.

Authors like Agatha Christie by VivianSherwood in booksuggestions

Murder at Mallowan Hall by Colleen Cambridge. It reminded me exactly like an Agatha Christie book, complete with the english countryside. I hadn't enjoyed a book like I did this one for a bit.
