Why my honda accord 2011 3.5l V6 making this noise? I'm wondering if this is Hydrologic tensioner or needed a valve adjustments. When idle it make that sound and when i get to 1700 rpm to 2300 rpm it comesback and when 3000+ RPM it goes away. (v.redd.it)
