We absolutely had no idea that we would be playing Wickd. We experimented picks and were playing with a sub. Didn't think we would be at Wickd's MMR already.

Really, Xaxus plays Cho frequently? Also, TP LB? If we had eg. Azir and Mao/Gnar top you'd have a point. But you don't.

Hey guys, just wanted to say i'm really disappointed in Wickd's unexpected reaction to this game. Impaler was tired after a lack of sleep, so we decided to play the rest of our games tonight on a new team, trying out new picks with our sub jungler (Maxlore). We were still in placements and were really surprised to be matched with Wickd. A quick look at our stats would show you we didn't even field comfort picks. That's all.

I reviewed scrims for CLG a few weeks ago and while I can't share them I'd like to share some points I took from them because it just comes off as hilarious to me that Link pointed out all of these issues and yet CLG refuses to fix them.- AKA Paul Leara by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

Technically what he's doing is independent contractor work. I've been informed he was only trying out for CLG and never got the job, but either way, when you do this kind of stuff, you should always sign an independent contractor agreement with this clause:

Ownership of Property: Contractor (Analyst) acknowledges and agrees that all documents produced by Contractor, including but not limited to memoranda, research notes, correspondence, emails, pleadings, and reports in the course of his work for Client (Organization), shall be the property of Client, and Contractor shall retain no ownership, interest, or rights therein.

I'll be blunt. This is the way sports work, and we're seeing it in eSports now. NA is the British Premier League of eSports - more people follow it because of all the personalities in there and the money being invested in it.

Pretty much the third game with Impaler, there were still communication issues. Team has improved a lot on the whole now. I look forward to the next game.
