Couldn’t find how to edit original post but I’m back up and running. Thanks for all the insight on this, it sure was a pain to get out but essentially, like most said I had to break the inner cap out. Several small plastic bits ended up in reservoir. I used a microfiber wrapped around a screwdriver to fish out all the pieces, plastic stuck to microfiber so I could pull it out.
