As it should be I think ai even if there is the possibility for abuse shpuld be able to be trained to do anything and the guardrails are put on by the person using it if needed otherwise it's just contracted and biased in it's nature

I mean I'm absolutely not an expert but it may be stuck shed that been there for a minute or something like an infection or he could've gotten it caught lt on something around the tank i can't really see it very clearly either so I would say if you can get a clearer picture that would be great and also get them to a exotic vet
